Refund policy

Status: Standard market terms — proposed, pending business confirmation.

Scope

This policy applies to paid project-based consulting engagements (technical assessments, implementation support, advisory blocks) where fees are agreed in writing between you and AeroFrame Consulting Co., Ltd.

Before work starts

If you cancel after signing a statement of work but before we begin billable work, we refund any prepaid amounts minus documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (licenses, travel booked at your request, etc.).

After work has started

Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. For partially completed milestones, we refund the unused portion of that milestone if both parties agree in writing to stop work. Time already logged against the milestone is billed at the contracted rate.

Deposits

Deposits hold calendar capacity and are applied to the first invoice. Deposits are refundable if we decline the engagement or if cancellation occurs before kickoff as described above.

Rescheduling

Advisory sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice without penalty. Late cancellations may forfeit that session block unless we agree otherwise.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled working session without notice, that block may be counted as delivered.

How to request a refund

Email info@aeroframe.digital or call +66-43-000-1608 with your contract reference, invoice number, and reason for the request. We aim to confirm eligibility within five business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within fourteen business days where banking rules allow.

Non-refundable items

Third-party pass-through costs, completed deliverables already accepted, and work performed outside scope that you directed in writing are not refundable.
