Personal data we process

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message content. We also store your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage (see our cookie notice).

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and to document commercial correspondence. Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interest in answering business inquiries.

Consent preferences are stored locally to remember your choice about non-essential storage; rejecting non-essential storage does not block site functionality.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last message in a thread unless a longer period is required for contract or tax records. Consent records in local storage persist until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.

Sharing

Inquiry data is handled by our same-domain form endpoint (/api/inquiry) and is not sold. Processors may include email or ticketing tools we use internally; any sub-processor is bound by confidentiality obligations appropriate to PDPA.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact info@aeroframe.digital. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on systems located in Thailand. We apply reasonable safeguards for cross-border transfers required to answer your inquiry.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege practices for systems that store inquiry content. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or secrets through the contact form.

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting prior inquiries will be communicated where feasible.
